We have some exciting news regarding our support portal, we took time to revamp our support portal and it’s now powered by Acumatica Customer Portal, this allows us to deliver quality support and stay tightly integrated with our invoicing, support and case management.
Over next few days you will receive email gaining access to new support portal website, we have added a new chat system in place so you can chat with our support personnel and get quick answers, this is only for active support contract customers.
