  1. AirSign is currently in its beta release and it’s an experimental feature of the eSignature module. Please work with our sales team to determine the exact usage of this new module.
  2. AirSign is only available for Acumatica SaaS customers hosted by Acumatica public SaaS.
  3. The AirSign module is an add-on to the eSignature module and is available only on Acumatica Ver 2023 R2 and higher.
  4. AirSign works on the Webhooks framework, and the number of Webhooks requests that are available is based on your Acumatica licensing. If you exceed the licensing limit, please contact your Acumatica partner and upgrade to the next tier.
  5. Accepting the signature with terms and conditions are solely your business obligations. Storing records of signatures and protecting them resides solely on the Customer’s and Acumatica hosting.
